I was weed eating a bank at my house with a hedge timer attachment due to large weeds and completely forgot as well as couldn’t see where the gas line came out of the ground and went into the house. I cut it straight in half on accident. I got in touch with Alex and he came out the next day and fixed it right up. I cannot recommend Alex and Brooky Plumbing enough!! After the snow storm and extremely low temps rolled through Hendersonville (NC) on 1/31/26 I got a frozen water pipe that put me out of commission. Alex was able to get out to me quickly (on a Sunday at that!) and was able to replace the almost 15 feet of frozen pipe in my crawlspace in a very timely manner. I also asked him to do a little pipe insulation work and he went above and beyond in that regard by using a slightly thicker pipe insulator than is normally used and cutting out some insulation squares to cover the crawlspace vents. He even used some left over pipe insulation material to create an interior barrier around the edges of the crawlspace door to keep cold winds from flowing through the cracks.
