Arriving on time a camera was utilized to peek down the drain to discover a blockage of debris and roots then a snake was utilized to open the drain. Alex walked around the entire extremely steep property to locate and inspect the outlet of all French drains. The worksite was kept clean with no mess left behind. On top of the physical plumbing work he took the time to discuss future solutions for water runoff and what to look for during heavy rains. The five star rating is well deserved and says it all. Allow me to add to the string of stellar reviews for Brooky Plumbing. Alex and his team recently installed a 230-foot water line to connect my house with our HOA's water system. Our house is in East Asheville, near the fire station. This project was completed quickly, professionally, and to a high standard. Alex dug a trench that was 3 feet deep for the line. This depth exceeds the normal standard of 12-18 inches in our area; Alex said that he wants to leave zero possibility of the line ever freezing. The supply line was installed inside a PVC sleeve, to provide additional strength and insulation. Connections at both ends were routed well and used high-quality fittings. As evidence of his attention to detail, when the trench was being filled in after the line was installed, I noticed that there were three guys standing in the trench, dropping dirt in by the shovelful then stomping down the dirt. They explained that they put several inches of dirt by hand in order to make sure that no sharp rocks could be left pushing against the new line. They then use the excavator to fill in the rest of the dirt. Throughout the project Alex took time to answer all of my questions and communicated thoroughly about the work. He aso responded quickly to texts when needed. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of this project, and give Alex and his team my highest recommendation.

Everything progressed in a very controlled and well-balanced way. I liked how each step was completed with care, giving the whole process a stable feel. The final outcome was excellent and left a very strong positive impression.

Called yesterday for a service call on a new water heater that is not properly installed by another plumber. They showed up on time this morning as scheduled quickly corrected the issue and we’re very pleasant to deal with. As well they’re very professional in their service. Alex came out on Sunday when I didn’t have any water. He discovered the problem quickly-a frozen pipe-and resolved the problem in a timely manner. He was very nice, thoughtful and caring. I highly recommend Brooky Plumbing!

I cannot recommend Alex and Brooky Plumbing enough!! After the snow storm and extremely low temps rolled through Hendersonville (NC) on 1/31/26 I got a frozen water pipe that put me out of commission. Alex was able to get out to me quickly (on a Sunday at that!) and was able to replace the almost 15 feet of frozen pipe in my crawlspace in a very timely manner. I also asked him to do a little pipe insulation work and he went above and beyond in that regard by using a slightly thicker pipe insulator than is normally used and cutting out some insulation squares to cover the crawlspace vents. He even used some left over pipe insulation material to create an interior barrier around the edges of the crawlspace door to keep cold winds from flowing through the cracks. Alex is friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. I will absolutely be using him for all future plumbing needs! Thanks again Alex!
